e-Dform

e-Dform (electronic departure form) system for all travellers leaving the country to facilitate people across the nation in their process for exit after a passport is ready at hand.

Persons who require e-Dform

• Normal passport holder who stayed over 30 days in Myanmar and going to chek-out. 

• Every Myanmar Citizens  holding any type of passport who want to go abroad with some reasons. 

• Myanmar Children (under 10 years) who want to go abroad with CI  

Persons who do not require e-Dform   

• Myanmar Nationalities who are considered as leave, log, Dependent, Business and who have to check out within 30 days. 

• Foreigner entry with tourist visa

• All UN, NGO, ICRC staff and their family.

e-Dfrom Proceedure

• Person who has a valid passport (NRC or FRC holder) and for Seaman must have above mention facts and CDC card required.

• Please complete the form and submit it.

e-Dform fees

Only 200 Kyats per person transfer from any of the economic back of nearest to your home to Department of Immigration & National Registration Current Account No. (CA-002284).  Also need to mention the bank slip number when you apply online.   

Special Remark

At the travelling date,  you have to give  the e-Dfrom approval letter which sent to you by email and  bank tranfer slip at the immigration counter.
